Under 7′s means 4 year olds who have the thrill of their first proper football kit, their first pair of football boots, their first shin pads. For some it means their first team activity. It means 5 year olds discovering their co-ordination, scoring their first goal in practice, looking forward to proper pitches, goals with nets, even referees. It means 6 year olds in their first ever ‘real’ team, figuring out the difference between goal kicks and corners, learning to take throw ins, understanding whether they are meant to be attackers or defenders, doing the things their big brothers and dads do.

Under 7′s means all those things. We nurture the most fledgling of talents. Everyone starts somewhere. And, for the oldest on the group it really does mean their first teams.
